Ginseng, ginger and other ingredients may interact with blood thinners, diabetes and blood pressure medicines. Tongkat ali and tribulus may affect hormone levels. Rare cases of liver injury have been reported with garcinia cambogia products. Dandelion leaf is a mild diuretic and may interact with diuretics and lithium. Talk to your doctor before use if you have a heart, liver, kidney or blood pressure condition, a hormone-sensitive condition such as prostate cancer, or take any medication. For adult men only. Stop use and seek medical care if you notice chest pain, a racing heartbeat, dizziness, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or an allergic reaction, and seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours.
